AAAL has learned that there will be a major event that could affect room availability during AAAL 2022 across the entire Pittsburgh area and surrounding suburbs. This event coincides with Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights of the conference. We encourage everyone, when they register for the conference, that you reserve your hotel room as soon as possible to ensure that your lodging needs are met.
Omni William Penn Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any guaranteed hotel reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.
