Hotel Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your reservation for no charge by 3:00 pm EDT 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made after 48 hours before arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

If your arrival/departure has changed before your arrival, please click here to modify your group reservation, and enter your First and Last name and confirmation number.

Hotel Details:

Rooms are based on a first come/first serve basis. Reservations should be booked no later than February 13th, 2024.
Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 noon.
Guest rates available March 14-19, 2024, based on availability at time of reservation.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card which will be supplied at registration. You have up to 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel your room without penalty. Regardless of how a reservation is made, if a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, they will be considered a “no-show” and be charged one night’s room and tax.
