Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:

• Cancellation before February 29, 2020 - Refund of 90% of registration fees.
• Cancellation on or after February 29, 2020 - No refund due to cancellation.
• Full refund will be given to individuals who apply for and are denied a travel visa. Cancellation request must be submitted within 3 days of the receipt of visa denial, along with the denial letter.
