Registration Cancellation: Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:

| Prior to February 20, 2009 | 90% of registration fees |
| Between February 20 and March 20, 2009 | 50% of registration fees |
| After March 20, 2009 | No refund due to cancellation |

Presenters, Please Note:
- It is not possible to reschedule presentations; presenters are asked to make their travel plans in accord with their assigned presentation times.
- A computer projector is available in every meeting room, but presenters are expected to supply their own laptop computers or arrange to borrow one from another presenter.
- Session Chair assignments have been emailed. Every effort has been made to schedule session chair assignments within one day of a presenter's own presentation. Session chair assignments cannot be changed.
