AAAL Conference Presentation Policies

In preparation for your upcoming presentation, AAAL is happy to confirm that we will supply the following audio visual equipment:

  • LCD Monitor/Computer Projector
  • Overhead Projector
  • Audio sound system

Computers will not be provided.  If you will present with a MAC computer please bring a computer projector adaptor cable. The adaptor cable may have been included with your computer when originally purchased. If not you may purchase one at a computer hardware store such as Office Depot or Best Buy.

Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel, and a signal should carry throughout the meeting rooms.
