AAAL 2007 CONFERENCE: INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTEERS

Dear Students;

AAAL is offering you an opportunity to volunteer for this year’s conference in Costa Mesa, California April 21-24, 2007.  Volunteers are a critical component for a successful conference. Volunteering is limited to students and is available on a first-come first-serve basis. 

What do you get by volunteering?
By volunteering, we will waive your conference registration fees.

How do you volunteer?
Please fill out the information below, and return it to the AAAL Business Office. 

Volunteers will be asked to assist in the following areas:
Publishers Exhibits, Registration Desk, Presentation Room Check, Hospitality and Information, Photography, Computer Access Room

When will I work?
We ask our volunteers to complete 1 shift of 4 hours, the tentative work times are:

Friday April 20, 2007
12noon to 4pm
4pm to 8pm

Saturday April 21, 2007 through Tuesday April 24, 2007
8am to 12noon
1pm to 5pm
