Joint AAAL and ACLA/CAAL Conference Registration

Participants wishing to join or renew their membership in ACLA/CAAL can do so on the ACLA/CAAL website.

All presenters and attendees must register for the conference. Registration for the 2006 Conference will begin on August 15, 2005. The registration rates are as follows:

REGISTRATION NOTES

• Preregistrations must be received with payment by May 1, 2006 to receive the preregistration rate. Refunds due to cancellation follow the schedule below:

May 1 – May 31, 2006	50% of registration fees
From June 1, 2006 and beyond	No refund due to cancellation

• All presenters and attendees are required to register.

• All fees listed are US Dollars. All payments must be made in US dollars.

• Please submit one form per registrant, and keep a copy of this form for your records. This form may be duplicated as necessary.

• An e-mail message will be sent confirming your registration within 10 days of registration.
